Adena Mansion and Gardens

Architecture by Benjamin Latrobe, domestic rooms and garden areas connect the property with Ohio statehood and the work behind an early nineteenth-century household.

The photograph shows the mansion, one component of the estate. Check seasonal admission and guided-house-tour times before arriving. The operator lists an April-to-late-October season and winter closure, so do not expect year-round walk-in access. Historic rooms, outbuildings and grounds have different routes, and mobility or group needs should be discussed in advance.
