Brucemore preserves a Queen Anne mansion and landscaped estate associated with three Cedar Rapids families.

Guided interpretation connects the house's rooms and collections with the city's industrial and cultural history. Gardens and the broader grounds add an outdoor dimension to the visit, beyond the mansion interior shown in many accounts of the site.
Reserve a tour entry time when possible. The mansion has stairs and no elevator, so review accessibility carefully before booking. It is scheduled to close November 9–26, 2026 for holiday preparations. Enter through the Linden Drive gate and check the current estate calendar for other closures or events.
