Colorado Street Bridge crosses the Arroyo Seco in Pasadena with a distinctive series of Beaux Arts concrete arches.

Completed in 1913, it became an important crossing and remains a prominent part of the city’s historic landscape.
The photograph shows an earlier view of the actual bridge, before some later access and barrier changes. Use permitted public viewpoints and current city maps to appreciate its span and relationship with the canyon. Follow posted pedestrian and traffic directions rather than entering structural or maintenance areas. Routes in the Arroyo below have separate conditions, and special events may affect ordinary approaches.
