Dixon Gallery and Gardens pairs an art collection and changing exhibitions with a landscaped Memphis estate. The galleries and grounds create a balanced visit in which looking at paintings can give way to walking among planted spaces. The domestic scale of the setting distinguishes it from a larger downtown museum.

Allow time for both indoor and outdoor areas, weather permitting. Check current exhibitions, garden conditions, and event arrangements before arriving, particularly if you are interested in a specific display or seasonal planting.
