Fenelon Place Elevator, also known as the Fourth Street Elevator, carries passengers up a steep bluff in Dubuque.

The short historic funicular ride connects downtown streets with elevated views over the Mississippi River and the surrounding cityscape.
The regular season runs April through November, with a Thanksgiving closure; confirm current operations before traveling. The operator does not accept credit or debit cards, so prepare payment accordingly. Review access and bicycle arrangements if relevant to your visit.
