- Walla Walla
Fort Walla Walla Park occupies part of the landscape of the former military post.

Its recreation areas and trails share the site with historical interpretation and a separately operated museum, connecting an ordinary park visit with the valley’s more complicated past.
Check current city maps and closures before arriving. The photograph shows the park landscape. Museum admission, sports facilities and special activities have separate arrangements; do not assume all historical buildings are publicly open. Use designated routes and observe restrictions around structures, particularly facilities identified by the city as unsafe or awaiting repair.
