Galindo House and Gardens preserves a nineteenth-century family home in Concord.

Built in 1856 and later expanded, the Victorian ranch house connects the Galindo and Pacheco families with the town’s early development.
The photograph shows the actual house at 1721 Amador Avenue. The Concord Historical Society offers tours on selected Sundays and by appointment; confirm a date before travelling, particularly around holiday weekends. Guided admission and group visits have separate arrangements from viewing the exterior. Respect closed rooms and planted areas, and ask the operator about accessibility when booking. This property is distinct from the society’s other museum and community facilities.
