Historic Single-Arch McDonald’s Sign

The historic McDonald’s sign in Pine Bluff preserves an uncommon single-arch design from the early years of the chain.

Historic Single-Arch McDonald’s Sign

Its surviving form offers a compact example of roadside commercial architecture and the visual language of mid-twentieth-century travel.

The sign was restored and relocated when the associated restaurant moved, so it is not still standing at its original site. View it from permitted public or customer areas without entering the roadway or obstructing business access. The photograph shows the preserved sign. This is a brief exterior landmark stop rather than a museum tour.
