Kalamazoo Nature Center

Woodland, prairie and wetland settings provide different ways to observe the region’s plants and wildlife within a substantial outdoor education landscape.

Choose a trail from the current map and check seasonal opening arrangements before setting out. The visitor center and trails keep different hours, and some programs require advance registration. Pets are not permitted on the property, helping limit disturbance to wildlife. Stay on designated routes and plan for natural surfaces and changing weather.
