Kirkland Arts Center occupies the historic Peter Kirk Building on Market Street.

Its distinctive brick architecture provides a setting for exhibitions, classes and creative activity, connecting the city’s earlier commercial streetscape with its contemporary arts community.
Check the current exhibition and gallery schedule before visiting, since teaching spaces and public display areas have different uses. Classes, workshops and organized programs require separate registration. Allow time to appreciate the exterior as well as any open exhibition, and confirm access arrangements if you are visiting specifically to see the building’s interior.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
