Las Cruces Railroad Museum occupies a historic Santa Fe depot and interprets the railway's role in southern New Mexico.

Historic objects, models, and the building itself connect transport technology with the development of the surrounding community. The depot setting gives the museum an immediate relationship with the subject it presents.
Use the city's current visitor address at 351 North Mesilla Street, since some map records carry a different street number. Admission is free, while guided visits and special programs have their own arrangements. Check opening days before arriving and remain within public museum areas around railway property.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
