Living Coast Discovery Center introduces the wildlife and coastal habitats of San Diego Bay from its setting at Sweetwater Marsh.

Aquarium and animal exhibits connect local species with the surrounding refuge, making the center an educational stop as well as a place to see wildlife. The entrance photograph shows the center at its marshland site.
Use the designated visitor parking and the center's shuttle service; private vehicles cannot simply drive up to the exhibits. Check shuttle hours, admission, and available refuge trails before setting out. Allow time for both the indoor exhibits and outdoor areas, and follow staff guidance around animals.
