The Museum of Discovery brings hands-on science to Little Rock's River Market District.

Interactive exhibits encourage visitors to explore how things work through trying, observing, and comparing, making participation central to the experience. Its downtown setting allows the museum to form part of a broader visit while still rewarding several hours of focused activity.
Check current exhibitions, demonstrations, and ticket arrangements before arriving. Leave time for children to return to activities that interest them, and confirm any separate requirements for special programs or limited-capacity experiences.
Visitor details reviewed October 17, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
