National Weather Center

Its scheduled tours offer an introduction to the institutions and people who study the atmosphere and severe weather. This is an active working facility, so the visitor experience follows an organized tour rather than unrestricted access to scientific operations.

A reservation is required and walk-in tours are not permitted. Adults need government-issued identification, and foreign visitors must arrange the required form at least two weeks ahead. Read the current bag and security instructions before booking. Tour availability is limited to selected weekdays and depends on staffing and operational conditions.
