Octagon Barn Center preserves a rare eight-sided dairy barn near San Luis Obispo.
The restored building and surrounding history signs connect the site with local agricultural life, while its current use brings community and private events to the historic property.
The operator welcomes visitors to read outdoor history signs when the site is available, but closed gates or private-event signs mean returning another day. History tours require an arrangement with the center. The photograph combines an interior roof view and exterior view; it does not promise access inside during a casual stop.
