Onondaga Historical Association Museum presents the history of Syracuse and the surrounding county at its Montgomery Street location.

Exhibitions connect objects, photographs, and personal accounts with the region's changing communities. The downtown museum is one of several sites operated by the association.
Check the museum's current opening days and exhibition information before arriving. The Richard and Carolyn Wright Research Center is currently closed for construction, so do not plan an unconfirmed research visit. Tours, talks, and other association sites have separate arrangements from this museum.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
