Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology interprets human histories and cultures through archaeological and ethnographic collections at Harvard.

Galleries invite visitors to consider objects alongside the people and histories connected with them, including the changing responsibilities of museums. It is a separate institution from the adjoining natural history museum, even though the two share a visitor complex.
Check current exhibitions and access information before visiting Divinity Avenue. Some collections or displays may be unavailable as stewardship and consultation work continues. Review shared admission arrangements with Harvard Museum of Natural History if you plan to visit both, and arrange group visits or special programs in advance.
