Red Rock Canyon Open Space
- Nature reserve
- Regional draw
- Colorado Springs
Parallel ridges and eroded canyons shape this open space on the western side of Colorado Springs. Trails through the former working landscape offer a quieter way to experience the area's red rock geology beyond its best-known landmark parks.

Select a route from the current trail map rather than relying on the distance visible from an entrance. Carry water, consider altitude and weather, and follow posted rules for trail use and protected areas.
