River Des Peres Park follows a green corridor along the western side of St.

Louis. Its paths and recreation areas provide an outdoor link between neighborhoods beside the river channel.
Use the city’s current park information to choose an access point and check available facilities. The photograph shows an earlier path-side landscape rather than every section of this long, narrow park. Organized sport and reserved areas follow separate arrangements from an independent walk. Use marked road crossings where routes intersect streets, and keep clear of the channel during changing water conditions.
