Rock Island Arsenal Museum explores the history of Arsenal Island and the people and manufacturing processes that supported Army production.

Its exhibits connect the Quad Cities with changes in military technology and industrial work.
The museum is inside an active military installation. Check current access requirements before traveling; adults without an approved Defense Department ID generally need a visitor pass through the Moline Gate Visitor Center. Security approval and museum opening are separate matters. Allow extra arrival time, bring the required identification and arrange groups directly.
