ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum

The emphasis on trying, observing and experimenting gives it a different pace from a museum focused mainly on objects behind glass.

Check the current public opening days and event calendar before arrival; ordinary museum access is concentrated toward the end of the week. General admission is sold at the front desk rather than through advance online general-admission sales. The photograph shows an earlier exterior view, with exhibits and activity spaces changing over time.
