Sorich Ranch Park protects hillside open space above San Anselmo.

Its former dairy landscape now offers trails, scattered picnic seating and views toward surrounding ridges and Mount Tamalpais.
The photograph shows the open slopes during an earlier dry season. This is a relatively undeveloped park, so plan for uneven ground and limited facilities. Trails vary in effort and connect with neighboring open space, where rules can differ. Respect habitat areas, follow posted dog requirements and check weather and current trail notices before travelling. Choose the route and entrance suitable for your group.
