Surprise Community Park

Public art adds interest to a walk through the grounds, including the sculpture shown in the photograph. The setting supports a relaxed outdoor stop as well as more active recreation.

Check current facility notices before planning around a particular activity. The city lists the sand volleyball courts as closed from October 5 through November 9 for maintenance. Bring water and sun protection, follow posted rules around the lake, and confirm reservations for organized use of park facilities.
