Weowna Park protects a steep woodland landscape above Lake Sammamish in Bellevue.

Natural trails, large trees and Phantom Creek’s ravine create a compact forest destination within the surrounding neighborhoods.
The photograph shows a waterfall on Phantom Creek during an earlier visit; flow varies with season. Expect slopes, steps and natural surfaces rather than a lakeside promenade, and use current city maps to choose an entrance. Parking is limited at trailheads. Keep dogs leashed, respect neighboring property and remain on designated trails. Check weather and maintenance notices before exploring the ravine.
