Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park preserves oak woodland, stream canyons and grassland hills around the Foothill Ranch area of Lake Forest.

A network of trails provides opportunities to explore varied terrain, with sandstone formations and views across the hills adding to the outdoor experience.
Check current OC Parks alerts before traveling: trails can close after rain or for wildlife concerns. Dogs are prohibited, some routes are reserved for hikers, and parking is charged. Bring your own water because the Four Corners fountain can be unreliable. Stay on designated routes and follow posted mountain-lion guidance.
