About Historic East Village
Historic East Village lies between the downtown riverfront and Iowa’s Capitol area. Apartment buildings sit among the East Grand and East Locust business streets. East Village Square provides an existing rental example with community laundry, while Route 4 serves the district and the Fourth + Court supermarket is across the river in downtown.
