Ondine supplies an in-home washer and dryer

Ondine at Juanita Bay, at 11702 98th Avenue NE, lists an in-home washer and dryer, a patio or balcony, dishwasher and electric cooktop. The building has an elevator and controlled access. Its amenities page limits some features, including walk-in closets, to selected homes.

The leasing office lists Monday–Friday hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and closes on weekends. Its phone number is 425-256-4082.

Juanita Court has townhomes, but applications are closed

Juanita Court at 9926 NE 126th Street is a King County Housing Authority subsidized property with 25 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom townhomes, all with one bathroom. The authority lists a shared laundry room and unit hookups, rather than supplied in-home laundry machines. There is also a community room and EV charging station.

The property page says it is not currently accepting applications. It displays existing waiting lists, but KCHA cannot predict when a household will reach the top. Property questions go to 206-574-1143.

Route 255 serves Juanita on weekdays and weekends

Route 255’s Juanita timepoint is at 98th Avenue NE and NE 116th Street. Buses connect north to Totem Lake and south through Kirkland Transit Center and South Kirkland Park & Ride, then cross SR 520 to UW Station and the University District. The timetable has separate weekday, Saturday and Sunday service. Its Seattle destination is the UW area, not downtown Seattle.

The beach park has year-round facilities and seasonal swimming

Juanita Beach Park at 9703 NE Juanita Drive opens from sunrise to 10 p.m. The park occupies both sides of Juanita Drive and has a playground, year-round restrooms, picnic shelters, tennis and beach-volleyball courts. Hand-carried, non-motorized boats such as kayaks and paddleboards can launch here.

Lifeguards normally work from July through Labor Day, subject to weather and temperature. Swimming can also close because of water-quality testing. These limits are separate from the park’s daily opening hours. The Juanita Friday Market is seasonal, running June–September.
