Bancroft Tower is a stone memorial and architectural folly within Worcester's Salisbury Park.

Built to commemorate historian and statesman George Bancroft, it creates a castle-like landmark on the wooded hill. The exterior and surrounding park can provide interest during a short visit.
Check current park access and any advertised tower-opening dates before traveling. Interior stairs are not routinely available simply because the grounds are open. Stay within permitted areas, keep off masonry, and choose footwear suitable for slopes or uneven ground around the hilltop.
