Blunt Park provides a large recreation landscape in Springfield, with open green space and developed sports facilities.

Community events and informal outdoor visits give different parts of the park different roles.
Use current city notices for entrance conditions and work affecting the walking-track area. A 2025 improvement notice kept the main entrance at 1800 Roosevelt Avenue open while restricting another approach; confirm the latest arrangements before arrival. The photograph shows an earlier lawn and tree view rather than the current construction status or availability of every facility.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
