Carbon Canyon Regional Park combines developed recreation grounds, a lake and a distinctive redwood grove in northern Orange County.

Its landscape extends near Brea and Yorba Linda, with several ways to plan a family visit or a walk.
Use OC Parks’ current map for the entrance at 4442 Carbon Canyon Road and check vehicle fees, reservations and trail notices. The lake is a recreation landscape rather than an invitation to swim. The photograph shows an earlier lakeside view rather than the redwood trail or current water level.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
