Deming Heights Park occupies a hillside setting in northeast Minneapolis.

Walking paths, trees and picnic areas give the park a quieter character suited to a short outdoor outing rather than a full sports-complex visit.
The park board lists the entrance at 1115 St. Anthony Parkway and identifies walking and picnic facilities. The photograph shows the actual snowy hillside. Match footwear and route choice to current ground conditions, especially in winter or after rain. Reserved ceremonies and organized events need separate arrangements. Check current park notices and use designated routes rather than assuming every sloping area is suitable for an activity.
