- Rancho Palos Verdes
Forrestal Reserve offers hillside trails and coastal views in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Its terrain provides a nature-focused outing above the developed neighborhoods and recreation grounds along the peninsula.
Check the city’s current trail-alert map before choosing a route. A section of Conqueror Trail is closed, and access elsewhere can change with ground conditions. The photograph looks downhill from a reserve trail toward Ladera Linda Park and the coast, rather than showing picnic facilities within the reserve itself. Stay on authorized routes and protect sensitive habitat and unstable slopes.
