Frontier Texas! interprets the history of the West Texas frontier in Abilene.
Exhibits and multimedia experiences connect landscapes, trade, conflict, settlement, and the people whose lives shaped the region. The museum provides context for a wider trip through West Texas rather than a preserved historic town behind one gate.
