Lake Casa Blanca International State Park provides lakeside recreation within Laredo, with camping, picnic areas, trails, and opportunities for fishing and boating.

The reservoir and surrounding South Texas landscape support different kinds of visit, from a short shoreline stop to an overnight stay. The photograph shows the park entrance.
Reserve day entry or a campsite when needed, since the park can reach capacity. The current low-water alert closes the courtesy dock while leaving concrete boat ramps open, so check conditions before bringing a boat. Plan for heat and sun exposure, and follow posted guidance around the water.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
