Lake Kittamaqundi
- Urban recreation lake
- Regional draw
- Columbia
Lake Kittamaqundi forms a central waterfront in Columbia, Maryland, close to downtown gathering spaces.

A surrounding path, planted edges and lake views make it a useful place for a gentle walk or pause outdoors.
Use the Columbia Association’s current lake information to choose an access point and check event or maintenance notices. Performances at the lakefront follow their own calendar. Water activities have separate rules, and a walk along the shoreline does not imply unrestricted swimming access. Give runners and other walkers room, and respect wildlife and planted areas around the water.
