Larz Anderson Auto Museum occupies the former carriage house on the Anderson estate in Brookline.

Historic motorcars and changing displays connect automobile design and collecting with the building’s original purpose.
Check the current exhibition and visiting schedule before arriving. Outdoor lawn events and vehicle gatherings have their own dates, tickets and weather arrangements. The museum sits within Larz Anderson Park, but museum admission is separate from enjoying the public grounds. Allow time to look at individual vehicles and read their histories rather than expecting every car to be operating.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
