Legends Park in Petersburg combines the Wilcox Lake landscape with woodland trails and recreation facilities.

Formerly called Lee Memorial Park, it now recognizes the city’s athletic history while providing space to explore a less developed urban landscape.
Use the current Legends Park name when checking city access and trail notices. The photograph shows part of the park. Trail rehabilitation can change available routes, and lake use has separate rules. Follow signs, avoid work areas and confirm reservations for sports or shelters before assuming an organized activity is included in a general park visit.
