Newfields combines the Indianapolis Museum of Art with gardens and an outdoor campus, allowing visitors to move between gallery-based art and landscaped surroundings.

The mix makes it a flexible cultural destination, though museum admission, garden access, and seasonal evening events are not always covered by the same arrangements.
Choose the part of the campus you want to prioritize before buying tickets. During the October 13–23, 2026 installation period, the museum directs daytime visitors through the Garden Entrance and Deer Pavilion. Consult current arrival guidance and leave time to walk between indoor and outdoor areas.
