North Point Marina State Recreation Area

Its marina setting offers public waterfront views beside the protected shoreline of northeastern Illinois.

Check the state operator’s current visitor information for open public areas and any seasonal facility notices. The photograph shows boats in the marina during an earlier visit rather than current berth availability. Mooring, launching and other boating services have separate arrangements from a walk along authorized public routes. Keep clear of operational docks and do not enter private vessels or restricted marina areas.
