- Yonkers
Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site interprets a historic estate at the heart of downtown Yonkers.

Its exhibitions consider the connected lives of Indigenous, European, and African people, including the unequal relationships that supported the manor. The preserved house provides an architectural setting for examining the region's colonial history and later changes.
Check the current admission and tour schedule before visiting, and allow time to engage with the interpretation rather than viewing the building only from outside. Educational programs and guided experiences may require separate arrangements. Use the state historic site's visitor directions for downtown access.
