Purcell-Cutts House preserves an important example of Prairie School domestic architecture near Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis.

Designed by William Gray Purcell and George Grant Elmslie, the restored house is maintained as part of the Minneapolis Institute of Art’s collection.
Visits take place through ticketed guided tours on announced dates, normally the second full weekend of the month. Reserve a place through the museum and go to the house itself rather than the main art museum. The exterior photograph does not imply unrestricted interior access. Tours involve stairs and historic spaces, so confirm mobility arrangements before booking.
