The Bakken Museum brings science, technology and invention into a historic mansion beside Bde Maka Ska in Minneapolis.

Interactive exhibits connect electrical experimentation, creative problem-solving and stories from the history of science.
The photograph shows the mansion and medicinal garden during an earlier visit. Garden appearance changes with the season, while indoor displays and education programs follow the museum’s current calendar. Check admission, opening and any workshop registration before arriving on Zenith Avenue South. Allow time for the hands-on galleries and ask the museum about access to the particular historic spaces you want to explore.
