- San Buenaventura (Ventura)
San Buenaventura State Beach offers a broad sandy shoreline, picnic areas and coastal paths in Ventura.

The beach landscape combines ocean views with dunes and day-use spaces, making it suitable for a short shoreline stop or a longer outdoor outing.
Check current surf conditions, access notices and vehicle day-use arrangements before visiting. Coastal paths connect with other waterfront areas, but choose a route that fits your time and conditions. Dogs are permitted in the day-use area, not on the beach. Seasonal concessions and rentals operate separately from general park access.
