Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park combines Rose’s Pond, walking paths and community recreation space in Lenexa.

Heritage features around the park add local history to an outing that can also focus on the water, lawns and play areas.
Use the current city map and check separate schedules for museum interiors, aquatic facilities and organized events. The photograph shows a preserved caboose decorated during an earlier holiday season. It is a heritage display within the park rather than an operating passenger train, and seasonal lighting should not be expected throughout the year.
