Signal Hill protects a small upland landscape overlooking the Neponset River area in Canton.

Its rocky summit and surrounding paths provide a short outdoor destination with a different perspective on the nearby valley.
Use the Trustees’ current visitor map for the public approach and permitted routes. The photograph shows an earlier winter view of the rocky hill rather than present footing or a guaranteed panorama. Stay on established paths and take care around exposed rock. Check property rules and access notices before arranging a group activity or visiting in difficult weather.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
