Soo Line No. 2713 is a preserved steam locomotive on outdoor display in Stevens Point.
Its large driving wheels, boiler and railway setting provide a tangible link to the passenger-train era and the city’s longstanding connection with rail transport.
Visit as a static heritage display and follow barriers and posted access instructions. The locomotive is not advertised here as an operating train, and ordinary viewing should not be confused with permission to climb equipment. The photograph shows the engine under its protective shelter, with the surrounding display forming part of the visit.
