Sunnyvale Heritage Park Museum explores the city's history in a building modeled on the former home of Martin Murphy Jr.

Displays connect the area's agricultural and community past with the development of modern Sunnyvale. The house-style setting provides a recognizable historical landmark beside the surrounding park.
Check current museum opening days and tour arrangements before arriving. Talks and special programs follow a separate calendar, and group visits may require advance contact. Allow time for the local stories and exhibits rather than expecting an original nineteenth-century house interior: the museum building is a later replica.
