Theodore Wirth Regional Park spans a varied landscape of woods, gardens, water and recreation areas, partly within Golden Valley.

Walking routes and seasonal outdoor activities allow visitors to explore a large green space close to Minneapolis.
The photograph shows an actual boardwalk in the park’s Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden. That garden has seasonal dates and distinct pet rules, while other park areas follow different arrangements. Consult current maps and project notices before choosing a route. Golf, winter sports and activities at The Trailhead have separate bookings or fees. Use designated trails and check parking requirements for the access point you choose.
