Topiary Park transforms a downtown Columbus landscape into a living interpretation of Georges Seurat's A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte.

Shaped plants stand in for figures and animals around a pond, creating a playful encounter between painting and horticulture. Seeing the arrangement from different viewpoints is part of its appeal.
Walk around the composition rather than viewing it from one point alone. Plant growth and seasonal conditions change the effect, so consult current park information and treat the setting as a living garden rather than a fixed replica.
