William Floyd Estate preserves a historic family property in Mastic Beach, administered as part of Fire Island National Seashore.

The house, outbuildings and grounds provide a setting for exploring local and national history away from the oceanfront beaches.
The estate grounds have a seasonal visiting period and close for winter; check current National Park Service information before arrival. House access follows separate announced arrangements. The black-and-white photograph is a historical view of the residence, not evidence of current interior access. Stay on authorized routes and respect the family cemetery and protected historic structures.
